Good beachy weather.
Why not?
Faiz and I matched coincidentally. We had lunch at Roccoco, which was absolutely delightful, before meeting up with Miz Ella and Miz Sara.
It was a beautiful day, camera perfect. Absolutely camera perfect.
And then my camera ran out of batteries! Boo.
Sara and Faiz took some beautiful photos, I know. I must get them off them.

The South African-British-and now Australian chick. They gave her a potted Australian plant. I guess there's some sort of symbolism about it.
It was good catching up with everyone, and Madame Brussels is just this really nice bar.

I'm on the committee this year, so there was definitely a lot more hands on action.
It was scorching, but there was reasonable shade, and it wasn't too bad.There was lots of chicken, lots of people, and extremely hot weather.
Great job, committee! Wahey!

Hanging out with Hugh, James, Justin and Laura at Rust - also met up with Tessie as she was down for a conference.
She was telling me about her new job, which she really seems to love - which is a really good thing for her.
Faiz came along, and received some shocking news that night. Crazy times.
It was just nice catching up with everyone.

Nat's Wedding

I can't believe one of my dearest friends has finally gotten married.
The wedding was simple, a garden wedding in the groom's backyard in Timboon, but it is the simple moments I remember; the groom tearing up, the happiness of my best friend's face.
I gave a speech *scary as*, and it was a heartwrenching moment.
