50s Smoko

Ormond really knows how to throw a party... The 50s smoko was one of the best times I've had in ages. It was great cause everyone really dressed up and got into the mood of things! It was almost like being in a time warp - the moment I stepped in it felt like a fifties moment. Whoo hoo! And to think I almost didn't go!

All in a Week

|
I went to see the Pink Concert in Melbourne and forgot my camera. Typical. It was fantastic though, absoulutely rockin'! She's a fantastic singer in her own right, and her ability to write her own songs sets her apart a lot of other artists.
Later went down to Max Brenner with Chris, Greg and Shehara (Jack went back to Bendigo).. Good chocolate, yum. The three of them are really sharp, and sarcastic as well. They're real laughs.

Just mucking about at Hugh's room the night before Easter Break. It was fantastic. We were having so much fun we totally didn't keep track of the time.  Oh, and i just got the one photo of the Ormond Ball from Hugh. I wish I had a camera that would actually take pictures at night.

A trip to Geelong turned out to be quite a relaxing couple of days. Just hanging out with Chris and his family made me realise how much I missed being part of a family unit, and it was great to experience that once again. Geelong's a sleepy little seaside town, quaint and great for some R&R.

Here's what happens when I'm left to my own devices on my birthday. I end up doing retail therapy... or do something to myself. In this case, my shaggy haircut, which I love, except for the fact that the upkeep requires a hairdryer (which I don't have). Argh. Happy birthday to me!

It was great! All that college spirit flying around during the intercollegiate swim meet... Ormond won by a couple of points, overall, but the performances were generally very exciting.
